Andrew Maniglia leads a successful career in finance and development. He previously served as the deputy mayor of Yonkers, NY. Today, he is vice president of development and community affairs at Standard Amusements LLC. Since joining the company in 2015, Andrew Maniglia has played a key role in the $60 million redevelopment of Playland Park. His responsibilities ranged from site planning and environmental review to municipal bond ordinance analysis and legal review. Mr. Maniglia's career spans several significant roles, including his position as vice president at Ginsburg Development Corporation. As vice president, he led residential and mixed-use development projects and was in charge of financial analysis, securing federal funds, zoning changes, and market analysis. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maniglia led the NYC Educational Construction Fund as director of finance. He managed projects like the $45 million Battery Park City School and handled the management and investment of significant bond proceeds. Mr. Maniglia acquired expertise in financial compliance during his time at Marine Midland Bank and Chemical Bank. He studied political science and law. An active community member, Mr. Maniglia has served on various boards, such as the Westchester Philharmonic Orchestra and the Rockland Business Association. He enjoys composing music and cycling.
